1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for consulting services and training between Jeffrey Haindl and/or Reto Rauschenberger, the partners of STUZZ (‘service provider’ or ‘we’, ‘us’) and you (‘customer’ or ‘you’).

2. contractual partner

The contract is concluded between you, the customer, and us, the service provider. Further information with contact details for us can be found in the legal notice.

 

3. conclusion of contract

By submitting a registration form or accepting an offer, you conclude a binding order for the selected service. Confirmation of your order is sent by e-mail and constitutes acceptance of the contract.

4. data protection

As part of the conclusion of the contract, we reserve the right to process and use the data collected by us to fulfil our contractual obligations. By using our services, you consent to the storage and use of your data in accordance with our guidelines. We have taken all necessary measures to protect your data in accordance with legal requirements. Unless you have expressly objected, we may use your data for marketing purposes and pass it on to third parties who support us in the provision of our services. These third parties are obliged to comply with the same data protection standards as we do. You are aware that we may be obliged and authorised by order of courts or authorities to disclose customer information to them or third parties. 5. Liability

We accept no liability for indirect or consequential damages of any kind. In the case of direct damage, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the service purchased from us. Exceptions to this are direct damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct. It is your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage that has occurred. Furthermore, we exclude any liability for the actions of third parties and service provider

6. Trademark rights and copyrights

The copyright and all other rights to content, images, photos or other files on this website belong exclusively to the partners of stuzz.ch or the specifically named rights holders. The written consent of the copyright holders must be obtained in advance for the reproduction of any elements.

 

7. Confidentiality

It is the responsibility of the contracting parties to treat all information exchanged or acquired in the context of the services provided as strictly confidential. This obligation of confidentiality continues even after the service has been provided or the contract has been cancelled.

 

8. severability clause

Should individual provisions of the contract be or become invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In place of the invalid or unenforceable provision, an appropriate provision shall apply which, as far as legally possible, comes closest to what the contracting parties intended or would have intended in accordance with the meaning and purpose of this contract if they had considered the point when concluding this contract or when subsequently including a provision. The same applies to loopholes in this contract.
 

9. Applicable law

This offer and the use of services in connection with it are subject exclusively to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising in connection with the use of this offer is Zurich.
